As an entry into this year's HoloLens-focused Microsoft Expo competition, my teammates and I created Gather, a shared holographic space that enables its users to overcome physical and social obstacles and participate in their hobbies together.

When all the leaves have fallen from the trees in Westlake Park, memories fill the branches and ground to continue providing cover for visitors. These memories take the form of our exhibition, I'll Cover You.
Our task was to reveal an invisible part of the city of Seattle. We decided to highlight the homelessness crisis by motivating the living to work together to honor, celebrate, and seek justice for the lives of victims of homelessness - both living and dead.
For my Information Design class, we were to create a set of two posters addressing an issue related to climate change. I decided to pursue my long-time interest in the deathcare industry to explore the environmental impact of American funeral traditions. These images have since been shared by Katrina Spade, the brain behind The Urban Death Project, as well as at least one other funeral home in the United States.

For this project, I learned how to use Quartz Composer and Origami to design and prototype a mobile app service. I decided to create a social media platform that would hold amateur plant-owners accountable in watering their plants.

Within our research-focused course of Design 481, my team saw an opportunity to destigmatize the dialogue on teen health and wellness education. This led to the creation of a school district-wide social app called dump.
Design 386: Visual Storytelling | Spring 2016

An individual project that reimagines the independent bookstore experience and exercises visual storytelling to document the process of ideation.
Designed packaging for three stemless wineglasses out of E-flute cardboard. Restrictions included having no more than four separate pieces making up the packaging and having those pieces fit within a 16x32” space.
When tasked with choosing a lyrical line from a song and creating physical letterforms to present that line on an 18x24" poster, I decided to use a line from "God Only Knows" by The Beach Boys.
This was my shortlisted entry into designboom's 2013 "Design for Death" contest, in response to the prompt of designing an unconventional "wrapping of mortality" for human remains.
